By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; access accounts, data, or systems without authorization; upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
The Service allows you to create and join organizations. Organization owners and admins control membership, roles, and access to content within their organizations. Content you create within an organization may be visible to other members according to their permissions.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
